Comanche County Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our work family!

Shift

Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

📍 Position Summary
The CNA supports direct patient care delivery by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring patient status, and ensuring a safe, efficient hospital environment. This role is essential to maintaining quality care and positive patient outcomes.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Obtain and document vital signs, intake/output, and daily weights
  • Support safe patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and room preparation
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN
  • Maintain infection prevention and hospital safety protocols
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health -record


✅ Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
