CONGRATULATIONS!!! 6 weeks ago, we all arrived on scene not knowing exactly what to expect!! But the challenge unfolded beautifully with lots of information, questions, honest reflections, encouragement toward one another, and a sense of comradely!! My hope and prayer has been and will continue to be, that this space has been useful to help you understand more about your body as well as bringing you awareness to the ways that you choose to nurture or neglect your body. STRESS. It’s everywhere. Some of us manage it better than others of us…but it affects ALL of us, and frankly, our inability to manage it well, is causing a lot of long-term health issues in our bodies, and in the bodies of those around us. In order to live long and well, we have to learn to respect that chronic stress is not good for us—on so many levels.
